The robe top is part of the Monk's robes set. It is tradeable, equipable, and noteable, and it weighs 0.907 kg. Both members and free players can use it.
In the game, the item spawns on a table upstairs in the Edgeville Monastery. You need level 31 Prayer to enter that area. It respawns every 60 seconds. It can also be found in Coffins in the Hallowed Sepulchre at a 1 in 10 rate, and from Hallowed sacks.
Monk robes count as Saradomin items in the God Wars Dungeon. This helps protect you from Saradomin followers there. The item came out on 12 July 2001 and was renamed from Monk's robe to Monk's robe top on 10 December 2014. It is a simple, cheap way to boost your Prayer bonus at any level.
