Description
The Pharaoh's sceptre (uncharged) is a members item in Old School RuneScape. It is a rare reward from the Pyramid Plunder minigame in Sophanem. This version of the sceptre has no charges left, but it can be recharged by the guardian mummy inside Jalsavrah with gold, stone, pottery, or ivory artefacts.
Once charged, the sceptre teleports players to the great pyramids of the Kharidian Desert. Each teleport uses one charge. It works up to level 30 Wilderness, while most other teleports stop at level 20. It holds three charges by default, and up to 100 charges with the elite Desert Diary.
The sceptre needs 30 Attack and 30 Magic to wield. When charged, it gives +25 magic attack and a +32 magic damage bonus, along with +7 slash attack and +10 ranged attack. It is a crush weapon with a speed of 5 ticks.
The uncharged sceptre is also a building material. It is used to make the Ancient altar at level 80 Construction and the Occult altar at level 90 Construction. This makes it a handy pick for teleports, magic training, or player-owned house upgrades.
