Description

The poison chalice is a members-only cocktail in Old School RuneScape. It comes from Stankers, a dwarven miner who stands near the Coal Trucks west of Seers' Village. The item is tradeable, noteable, and edible. It weighs 0.056 kg and has the item ID 197. It was released on 23 July 2002.

Drinking a poison chalice gives one random effect and leaves an empty cocktail glass behind. The most common result heals 15% of your total Hitpoints and raises Thieving by 1. Another common result lowers Attack, Strength, and Defence by 1 while raising Crafting by 1. Sometimes nothing happens at all, and you taste a hint of apricot. Other outcomes heal 5% of your Hitpoints, deal 5% of your Hitpoints in damage, or deal 50% damage while lowering Attack, Strength, and Defence by 1 to 3. The best result heals 30% of your Hitpoints and boosts Attack, Strength, and Defence by 4.

No matter what you roll, the drink cannot lower your Hitpoints below 4. The name is a nod to cocktails made by a friend of the Gower brothers, who inspired the name Stankers.
