A pot of flour is a Cooking ingredient in Old School RuneScape. It is a pot filled with flour, ready to use in many recipes. The item is tradeable, noteable, and free to play, so any player can use it.

Mix a pot of flour with water from a bucket, bowl, or jug to make dough. You can make bread dough for bread, pastry dough for pies, or a pizza base at level 35 Cooking. Pitta dough needs level 58. You can also mix flour with an egg, a bucket of milk, and a cake tin to make an uncooked cake at level 40. This cake recipe is also needed in the Cook's Assistant quest. Flour can be mixed with swamp tar to make raw swamp paste too.

Making flour by hand takes time. You have to pick grain, put it in a windmill hopper, work the controls, and then use a pot on the flour bin. Only one grain can be milled at a time. Buying a pot of flour skips all of that. It is a simple item that saves time and helps players train Cooking faster.
