Description
The Prayer regeneration potion(3) is a members-only potion in Old School RuneScape. This is the 3-dose version of the potion, with item ID 30128. It restores your Prayer points slowly over time instead of all at once.
Each dose restores one Prayer point every 12 game ticks. The effect lasts 8 minutes and restores 66 Prayer points in total per dose. This works like the prayer enhance potions from the Chambers of Xeric, but it is weaker and lasts longer.
This potion pairs well with high Prayer bonus gear. With at least +42 Prayer bonus, protection prayers drain slowly enough that this potion can keep your prayer going without extra prayer potions. Items like the Holy wrench, Prayer cape, and Ring of the gods (i) do not boost the amount it restores, but the ring's big Prayer bonus still helps.
The potion can be made with 58 Herblore by adding Aldarium to a huasca potion (unf), giving 132 Herblore experience. The effect resets if you die or join a minigame that resets stats. It is tradeable, bankable, and noteable, and it weighs only 0.02 kg.
