Description
Purple sweets are a food item in Old School RuneScape. They come from Treasure Trails at all levels except beginner. They are the only stackable food in the game. Each sweet heals 1 to 3 Hitpoints and restores 10% run energy.
Because they stack, purple sweets save inventory space. Many players use them for fights where they need to eat often. They also work as a way to restore run energy without carrying stamina potions. A single stack can heal more Hitpoints per inventory slot than any other food item.
Purple sweets are tradeable and weigh nothing. When you eat one, the game says "You eat the sweets. The sugary goodness heals some energy." They cannot be used in the Inferno, the Fortis Colosseum, or Doom of Mokhaiotl.
The item came out on 5 December 2006 and has the ID 10476. Its in-game description says "Remember to brush after eating!" Purple sweets are a smart pick for players who want extra healing and run energy without giving up bag space.
