Description

Raw larupia is a hunter meat in Old School RuneScape. It comes from spined larupias, which need level 31 Hunter to catch. This item is members only, and it can be traded and noted.

Raw larupia is mainly used for Cooking training. With level 31 Cooking, you can cook it on a fire or a range. Each success turns it into a cooked larupia and gives 92 Cooking experience. If you fail, you get a burnt large beast instead. You burn it less as your Cooking level goes up. It stops burning at level 59 on fires and ranges. With the Hosidius kitchen bonus of 5 percent, it stops burning at level 55. With the 10 percent bonus, it stops at level 51.

Cooked larupia is a solid food too. It heals 11 Hitpoints in total. You get 6 Hitpoints right away and 5 more after a short delay.

Raw larupia has one more use. You can give it to soar leader Pitri to get one charge on a quetzal whistle. Buy raw larupia to train Cooking fast or to stock up on charges for your whistle.
