Description

The Sanfew serum(4) is a four dose potion in Old School RuneScape. It was invented by the druid Sanfew. It works like a super restore, a superantipoison, and Relicym's balm all in one bottle.

Each dose restores 4 plus 30% of your base level in every skill except Hitpoints. This includes Prayer, so it is a strong choice for long fights. Each dose also gives 6 minutes of protection from poison and 15 minutes of protection from disease.

This potion saves inventory space. You do not need to carry a prayer potion and an antipoison at the same time. That makes it a top pick for places like the Dagannoth Kings. It also works well at The Nightmare, since it helps against parasites the same way Relicym's balm does while it restores Prayer.

Making this potion yourself is a lot of work. It needs level 65 Herblore, the Zogre Flesh Eaters quest, and snake weed, an untradeable herb from the Karamja jungle. Each potion must be mixed one step at a time. Buying it ready to drink skips all of that.
