Description
The shrunk ogleroot is a quest item in Old School RuneScape. Players need it during the Grim Tales quest. It is the second ingredient of the shrink-me-quick potion. To make this potion, combine one shrunk ogleroot with one unfinished tarromin potion. This requires level 52 Herblore and gives 6 Herblore experience.
You can find a shrunk ogleroot in the witch's house in Taverley by playing the piano during the quest. If you need another one, you can kill an Experiment No. 2 down the manhole near the entrance to the witch's house. This monster always drops one shrunk ogleroot. You can also pick one up from the pile in the room with the experiments if you have already used a shrink-me-quick potion to enter the mouse hole in the witch's house.
The shrunk ogleroot has an Eat option, but it cannot be eaten. Trying to eat it makes your character spit it out because it tastes vile. The item is stackable, tradeable, and weighs nothing. It is a members only item that was released on 4 June 2007.
