Buy OSRS Smoke rune
Description
The Smoke rune is a combination rune in Old School RuneScape. It counts as two runes in one: a fire rune and an air rune. Any spell that needs one fire rune, one air rune, or both will cost only one Smoke rune. This saves inventory space and makes casting simpler.
Smoke runes are members-only items. They are stackable and tradeable, and they weigh nothing. Players can make them with the Runecraft skill at level 15 or higher. One way is to bring pure essence, fire runes, and a fire talisman to the Air Altar for 8.5 experience per rune. The other way is to bring pure essence, air runes, and an air talisman to the Fire Altar for 9.5 experience per rune. Crafting has a 50% success rate, or 100% with a binding necklace. They can also be bought with Pizazz points from the Mage Training Arena.
Players who equip a smoke battlestaff or mystic smoke staff get an unlimited supply of smoke runes. For everyone else, a stack of Smoke runes is a handy way to cover fire and air rune costs with a single item.
