Buy OSRS Steel dart

Description

The steel dart is a Ranged throwing weapon in Old School RuneScape. It is a deadly dart with a steel tip. Players need level 5 Ranged to wield it. It is a members only item that stacks in your bag and weighs nothing.

Steel darts are fast. They attack every 1.8 seconds on the Accurate style and every 1.2 seconds on Rapid. They give a Ranged Strength bonus of +3. Their range is 3 tiles, or 5 tiles on Longrange. Their stats and speed are close to iron knives, so they work well for Ranged training at lower levels. You can add poison to them, and you can hold a shield or god book while you throw them.

Players can also make steel darts, but it takes work. You must finish the Tourist Trap quest, then smith steel dart tips at level 34 Smithing and add feathers at level 37 Fletching. Buying the darts skips all of that. A steel dart is also one of the items the rowdy dwarf may ask for in the Forgettable Tale quest, so it can help you finish that quest too.
