Description
The Torva armour set is a top melee armour set in Old School RuneScape. It comes as one item that holds three pieces: the Torva full helm, the Torva platebody, and the Torva platelegs. The set is members only and tradeable.
Torva armour is named after the Zarosian warrior Torva. You need level 80 Defence to wear it. The armour has the highest strength bonus of any strength boosting armour in the game. It also gives strong melee and ranged defence. The full set gives 263 stab defence, 249 slash defence, 258 ranged defence, and an 18 prayer bonus.
The armour pieces normally drop from Nex in a broken state. They must be fixed with Bandosian components at the Ancient Forge in the God Wars Dungeon. Getting the set as one item skips that grind and gives you all three pieces at once.
Players can also change the look of Torva armour with the ancient blood ornament kit. This turns it into sanguine Torva armour. It needs 20,000 blood runes per piece and wins over the awakened Desert Treasure 2 bosses. Torva is a great pick for players who want strong melee gear for hard bosses.
