Torva platelegs (damaged)
undefined
Description
Torva platelegs (damaged) are a rare drop from Nex, a level 1001 boss in Old School RuneScape. The drop rate is 1 in 258. The damaged platelegs are the first step toward one of the best melee leg items in the game.
To turn them into full Torva platelegs, players combine the damaged platelegs with two Bandosian components at an anvil. This needs level 90 Smithing and gives 2,250 Smithing XP. The process cannot be undone.
Once repaired, the platelegs need 80 Defence to wear. They have the highest strength bonus of any legs slot item, with +4 strength. That is 2 higher than the Bandos tassets. They also give strong defence bonuses and +1 prayer. Since Torva is a Zarosian item, the platelegs give Zarosian protection inside the God Wars Dungeon.
Players who want a cosmetic upgrade can combine the platelegs with an Ancient blood ornament kit and 20,000 blood runes to make Sanguine torva platelegs.
These platelegs are a top pick for players who want more melee damage at bosses, raids, and slayer tasks.
