Description
The Twisted cane is a cosmetic item in Old School RuneScape. It is a reward that comes with the tier 3 Twisted Relic Hunter outfit, which costs 10,000 League points in the Leagues Reward Shop. The cane first came out on 16 January 2020.
The cane has a fun trick. If a player wears the full tier 3 Twisted Relic Hunter outfit and holds the cane, they can right-click the cane to do the Twisted Relic emote. This is the same animation seen when unlocking a relic. The emote does not work during combat.
The Twisted cane is tradeable and can be equipped. It gives no combat bonuses, so it is for looks only. As a weapon, it uses crush and stab attacks with a speed of 4 ticks and a range of 1 tile. Its styles are Pound, Pummel, Spike, and Block. It weighs 1.814 kg and does not stack.
Players can store the cane in the armour case of a costume room. It can also be shown off with the rest of the outfit on the outfit stand in the League hall.
