The ring drops from Callisto in Callisto's Den at a rate of 1 in 512. It also drops from Artio in the Hunter's End at a rate of 1 in 716. Getting one on your own can take a long time.
Players can imbue the ring using Nightmare Zone points, Soul Wars zeal tokens, or a scroll of imbuing. The imbued version doubles the bonuses to +8 crush attack and +8 crush defence. The ring weighs 1 kg, so it is one of the heaviest rings in the game.
