The 2/3 cheesecake is a food item in RuneScape 3. It is a plain cheesecake with two slices left. Each slice heals 250 life points if you have at least level 30 Constitution. Eating both slices heals 500 life points in total.
Cheesecake also restores Prayer points. Each slice gives back Prayer points equal to 5% of your maximum. At 99 Prayer, that is 49.5 Prayer points per slice, so the two slices can restore up to 99 Prayer points.
This food has a rare bonus. It can boost your life points by 5% above your maximum. That boost stacks multiplicatively with bonfire boosts. Cheesecake is the only free-to-play food that can push life points above the maximum, which makes it useful before tough fights.
Players normally make cheesecake with level 32 Cooking, a cake tin, biscuits, cream cheese, and a pot of cream, after partly completing Chef's Assistant. Buying a 2/3 cheesecake skips that work. It is a simple way to stock up on food that heals, restores Prayer, and lifts your life points past the cap in both free-to-play and members worlds.
