Akrisae's robe top is a piece of Barrows equipment from Akrisae the Doomed's set in RuneScape 3. It is a tier 70 hybrid body item. That means it works well with melee, ranged, and magic combat styles. It gives 226 armour and a prayer bonus of 2.

To wear it, a player needs 70 Magic, 70 Prayer, and 70 Defence. The quest Ritual of the Mahjarrat must also be complete. Trading for the robe top does not skip the quest requirement.

The robe top shines as part of the full Akrisae set, which includes the hood, robe skirt, and war mace. The set effect, called Akrisae's Doom, gives a chance to restore prayer points based on the damage dealt. It also drains an opponent's prayer, which makes it useful in player killing. The drain keeps going even after the fight ends.

The robe top degrades over 100,000 charges of combat, but it does not get weaker as it degrades. It can be repaired by certain NPCs or at an armour stand in a player-owned house, where a higher Smithing level lowers the cost. It can only be traded when fully repaired or fully broken.
