Description
Ancient ceremonial boots are a members item in RuneScape 3. They are one piece of the Ancient ceremonial robes set. The boots go in the boot slot and have no level or skill requirements, so any player can wear them.
The boots have no combat stats. They give 0 armour, 0 damage, 0 accuracy, and 0 prayer bonus. Their real value comes from the full robe set. When a player wears the whole set, they can move through the Ancient Prison without needing to earn kill count. The set does not protect against monsters there, so food is still smart to bring.
The full set has other uses too. Players can give the robes to Ashuelot Reis with 10,000,000 coins and a frozen key to open the safe area doors in the Ancient Prison for good. This unlocks the Gielinor's Most Expensive Doorstop achievement. Praying at the altar in the Kharid-et chapel while wearing the full set unlocks the Ponti-Nex achievement.
The boots drop from ancient mages and from Nex's mages Fumus, Umbra, Cruor, and Glacies. They are tradeable, noteable, and can be disassembled, with a chance at Zaros components.
