Buy RS3 Antisanguine (4)

Description

The Antisanguine (4) is a potion in RuneScape 3. Players need it during the Hearts of Sanguine quest. The potion is the key to taking down the sanguine heart.

The potion comes from a recipe given by Esther in her laboratory. To get the recipe, a player must talk to Esther with a Wendlewick poppy, wolf's tongue, and hedgehog spines in their backpack. The recipe is only partial, so the player must figure out the missing steps.

Making the potion takes care. First, fill a vial with oil at the vat of oil. Next, sterilise the vial of oil at the fireplace. Then add crushed hedgehog spines, made by grinding spines from the bucket of hedgehog spines. After that, add a pressed Wendlewick poppy, which is made by pressing the poppy at the table. Last, add 30g of wolf's tongue. The notes warn that 90g of wolf's tongue will fail, and the potion needs no more than one of each ingredient.

This is a quest item. It cannot be traded, equipped, stacked, disassembled, or noted. It is always kept outside dangerous areas upon death.
