Description
The Arcane sigil is a rare item in RuneScape 3. It is shaped like an arcane rune. Players attach it to a Blessed spirit shield to make an Arcane spirit shield, one of the top shields in the game.
To attach the sigil yourself, you need 90 Prayer and 85 Smithing. Making the shield gives 1,800 Smithing experience. If your Smithing level is too low, Brother Bordiss can attach it for 1,500,000 coins. This option opens up after you finish the Perils of Ice Mountain quest.
The sigil is a rare drop from the Corporeal Beast, a level 785 boss. The drop rate is about 1 in 2,560, so it can take a very long time to get one on your own. It is a members-only item. It is tradeable and can be turned into a bank note. It weighs 0.2 kg.
The sigil can also be disassembled for Invention. It always gives 3 Corporeal components, which are hard to find from other items. Buying an Arcane sigil is a fast way to skip the long boss grind and build a powerful shield.
