Description

The Arctic Bear scroll lets you use Arctic Blast, the special move of the arctic bear familiar in RuneScape 3. You need level 71 Summoning to use it. Each cast costs 6 special move points and one scroll. If you wear a spirit cape, the cost drops to 4 points.

Arctic Blast is a strong attack. It hits with an icicle from the bear's paw and can deal up to 921 magic damage. It can also stun your target for a short time. This makes it useful in fights, and many players use the arctic bear in Castle Wars and Clan Wars.

You can store up to 500 scrolls on your familiar. The bear can then cast the special move on its own. You can also set how often it fires the stored scrolls.

The arctic bear itself is a helpful familiar. It gives an invisible +7 Hunter boost and counts as two pieces of Polar camouflage gear. This makes it a top pick for hunting kyatts and other creatures. With these scrolls, your bear becomes a real threat in combat too.
