Artisanal gears are a members-only item in RuneScape 3. They are specially crafted gears used to charge skill cleaners. You can use them to charge the Fletching cleaner or the Crafting cleaner. If you train those skills and use a cleaner, these gears keep it running.
The gears were released on 15 May 2023. They can come as a possible reward from Treasure Hunter. They are tradeable, so players can buy and sell them. They also stack, which means many gears take up only one spot in your bag or bank.
The item weighs nothing, so it will not slow you down. You cannot wear it, and it cannot be noted, alched, or taken apart. If you die, the gears are always kept, so you will not lose them. Be careful with the destroy option. If you destroy the gears, you cannot get those ones back and must obtain more.
