The RS3 Asgarnian ale (4) is a keg that holds 4 pints of Asgarnian ale. Each drink heals up to 240 life points. It also boosts your Strength level by 2 for a short time. The trade-off is that your Attack level drops for a bit. This makes the ale a handy pick for players who want a quick heal with a small Strength bump.

Asgarnian ale can be brewed with the Cooking skill at level 24. A keg like this one holds more than a single glass, so you get several drinks from one item. The ale is tradeable and free-to-play, though brewing it needs membership.

This ale also shows up in quests. In Recipe for Disaster, adding a gold coin to a glass makes an Asgoldian ale, a drink dwarves love. In the quest Wanted!, Sir Amik asks for an Asgarnian ale if you become his squire.
