Description
The Avocado seed is a Farming seed in RuneScape 3. You can plant it in a bush patch at level 99 Farming. One seed grows into an avocado bush that gives up to four avocados.
The bush takes 6 hours and 40 minutes to grow. It has five stages, and each one lasts 1 hour and 20 minutes. After a harvest, each avocado regrows in 1 hour and 20 minutes. The seed works with the Growth potion (Bushy) and Rapid Growth to speed things up.
Planting the seed gives 450 Farming XP. Checking the health of the bush gives 3,957.4 XP, and each avocado you pick gives 385.1 XP. There is also a 1 in 24 chance to get harmony moss when you harvest. To keep the bush safe from disease, you can pay a nearby farmer six chocolatey milk. This drops to five with the tree farmer outfit or four with the master farmer outfit.
The Avocado seed is tradeable, stackable, and weighs nothing. It can also be disassembled for 2.9 XP, giving organic parts most of the time or living components on rare occasions. It is a strong pick for high level Farming training.
