Description
Axeman's folly (m1) is a keg that holds one pint of mature axeman's folly, a player-made ale in RuneScape 3. It is a members-only item, and it can be traded to other players.
When you drink it, your Woodcutting level goes up by 2 for a short time. It also heals some life points. The trade-off is that your Attack and Strength levels drop by 4 for a short time.
This boost is handy when you need a little more Woodcutting skill. Players often use it to meet Woodcutting requirements in quests. It also helps with Evil Tree hunting and opening ancient effigies.
Mature axeman's folly is stronger than the normal version, which only adds 1 level to Woodcutting. The mature ale comes from brewing with the Cooking skill at level 49, and a batch has a chance to turn out mature. The (m1) keg is made by drinking one dose from an Axeman's folly (m2) keg, or by putting one pint of the mature ale into a calquat keg. It cannot be bought from a store, so getting one here saves you the brewing work.
