Description
The RS3 Bandos armour set is a full set of melee power armour. It includes the Bandos helmet, chestplate, tassets, gloves, boots, and warshield. You need level 70 Defence to wear it. The set is members only and tradeable.
Bandos armour is strong and never degrades, so there are no repair costs. As power armour, it gives a Melee bonus and a Prayer bonus. It offers less defence than Barrows sets like Guthan's or Dharok's, but the extra damage makes it a top pick for hitting harder in melee combat.
Players use Bandos armour to train combat, work on Slayer tasks, and fight bosses at medium to high levels. It is the melee match to Armadyl equipment for Ranged and Subjugation robes for Magic. Wearing any piece while praying at the altar in General Graardor's chamber gives 10 extra Prayer points per piece.
The pieces normally drop as rare loot from General Graardor and his bodyguards in the God Wars Dungeon. Getting the full set this way can take a long time. This set gives you every piece at once, so you can gear up and start fighting right away.
