The Bandos chestplate shard is a members-only item shard in RuneScape 3. These shards drop from General Graardor or his minions when a Bandos chestplate is dropped while CoinShare is active. The 120 shards are split evenly among the players who killed the boss and sent straight to their banks.
Collect 120 shards and combine them to make a full Bandos chestplate. The chestplate is melee power armour that needs level 70 Defence to wear. It has the second best armour rating of all non-degradable melee bodies. It also gives a strength bonus and a prayer bonus. Wearing it in the God Wars Dungeon stops Bandosian minions from attacking you.
The shards are tradeable and stackable, so they take up only one bank or inventory slot. They weigh nothing and cannot be alchemised. Players can also sell them to other players or on the Grand Exchange.
