Description

Beer is a food item in RuneScape 3. When you drink it, it heals 100 life points. It also gives a small boost to your Strength stat. The boost is 1 plus 2% of your level, rounded down. There is a trade off. Drinking beer lowers your Attack stat by 1 plus 6% of your level, rounded down.

Drinking more beers cannot raise your Strength boost past 2. But each beer can keep lowering your Attack until it hits 0. Even so, you can still wield weapons that match your base Attack level. So a player with 60 Attack can still use dragon weapons after drinking beer.

Beer is also useful for the Vampyre Slayer quest. You need to give a beer to Dr. Harlow before he hands over the stake to finish off the vampyre.

Beer is tradeable, noteable, and bankable. It stacks only in noted form and weighs 0.55 kg. It can also be disassembled for Invention. It mostly gives Organic parts, with small chances of Crafted parts, Enhancing components, Healthy components, and Living components. It is a simple item with real uses in combat, quests, and Invention.
