Description

The binding contract (waterfiend) is a summoning pouch in RuneScape 3. It lets you summon a waterfiend familiar. You need level 50 Summoning to use it. Summoning the familiar gives 4.9 experience and costs 100 Summoning points.

The waterfiend familiar is great for skilling. While it is active, you get a 5% chance to duplicate resources when training Mining, Fishing, Woodcutting, Divination, or Archaeology. This also works on Archaeology artefacts and screening soil. The extra items are stored inside the familiar.

The familiar can hold up to 20 items. You can take items out, but you cannot put items in. Its special move sends every stored item straight to your bank. This saves you trips and keeps you skilling longer.

The familiar lasts 64 minutes. With an active Totem of Summoning on Anachronia, it lasts 80 minutes. It is an Ancient type familiar with the Forager speciality, and its combat mode is Aggressive.

You can also turn the pouch into 20 Waterfiend scrolls at a summoning obelisk. If the Voice of Seren is active in the Amlodd district in Prifddinas, that obelisk gives 24 scrolls per pouch.
