Description
The RS3 Binding necklace is enchanted jewellery that helps with the Runecrafting skill. When you wear it, you get a 100% success rate when making combination runes. This means every craft works, so you get more runes from your essence.
The necklace has 15 charges. One charge is used for each batch of combination runes you craft, not for each rune or each trip to the altar. When all 15 charges are gone, the necklace is destroyed. A tooltip shows how many charges are left. The charges are tracked by player, not by item.
The necklace does not remove the need for the opposing talisman. That is done with the Lunar spell Magic Imbue. It has no combat stats and weighs only 0.01 kg. It is a members only item that is tradeable, equipable, and noteable. It can also be disassembled for parts like Precious components and Enhancing components.
Players can make one at level 27 Magic by casting the Lvl-2 Enchant spell on an emerald necklace. It also drops from Abyssal leeches, walkers, and guardians in the Abyss. It is a great pick for anyone training Runecrafting with combination runes.
