Description

The RS3 Black kiteshield (t) is a trimmed version of the black kiteshield. The trim is purely cosmetic. It has the same stats and the same requirements as the plain black kiteshield. Players wear it to stand out, since trimmed black armour cannot be made with the Smithing skill and no player can trim it.

This is a tier 25 melee shield. It requires level 25 to equip. It has an armour value of 76.2 and gives 2.5% PvM damage reduction. It weighs 5.443 kg. The shield first came to the game on 5 May 2004 as a possible reward from easy clue scrolls in Treasure Trails. It can also come from cremating at the Columbarium.

The shield can be combined with other trimmed black armour pieces at the Grand Exchange to form a Black trimmed armour set (lg) or a Black trimmed armour set (sk).
