Buy RS3 Black longsword

Description

The RS3 black longsword is a melee weapon that is stronger than the steel longsword. It needs level 25 Attack to wield. It is a tier 25 weapon with 381 accuracy and 306.3 ability damage. It uses the slash style and fits in the weapon slot.

This sword has the same bonuses as the white longsword, except it does not give a prayer bonus. Black gear like this cannot be made with the Smithing skill, so players get it from other sources. It drops from monsters like shadow warriors, lesser demons, cyclops, and tormented wraiths. It can also come from a level 1 clue scroll reward or the chest in Black Knights' Fortress.

The black longsword is free to play, so any player can use it. It is tradeable, equipable, and noteable. It weighs 1.814 kg.

Players who train Invention can disassemble this sword. It always gives one Knightly component and grants 7.5 XP. It may also give base parts, blade parts, metallic parts, sharp components, or dextrous components. This makes it a handy pick for both low level combat and Invention training.
