The Black plateskirt (h4) is a heraldic version of the black plateskirt in RuneScape 3. It is a possible reward from easy clue scrolls in the Treasure Trails Distraction and Diversion. It has the same stats as the normal black plateskirt and the same requirements to wear. The heraldic design makes it a pure cosmetic variant.
This is tier 25 tank armour for the legs slot. It needs level 25 Defence to equip. It gives 83.8 armour, 0.5% damage reduction in PvM, and 1.3125% damage reduction in PvP. It is part of the black heraldic armour set 4 (sk).
Heraldic armour cannot be made with the Smithing skill, and players cannot decorate it. That makes clue scrolls the way to get this look in game.
The plateskirt is tradeable, equipable, and noteable, but it does not stack. It can be disassembled for 7.5 Invention XP and 8 materials, and it always gives 1 Fortunate component. Possible parts include Cover parts, Plated parts, and Deflecting parts. It has a high alchemy value of 1,152 GP. This is a solid pick for players who want a rare heraldic style at a low level.
