Description
Black stone arrows are tier 92 arrows in RuneScape 3. You need level 92 Ranged to use them. They are stackable, tradeable, and weigh nothing, so you can carry a big stack with ease.
These arrows have a strong passive effect. Each attack lowers the target's base armour rating by 0.75%, up to a cap of 15%. In most cases, this debuff stays on the target until it dies or 12 minutes pass. This makes your hits land more often, which means more damage over a long fight. Some bosses, like Telos, clear the debuff on certain phase changes but keep it on others.
Black stone arrows also work with chargebows like the Seren godbow. The bow uses the arrows in your quiver, so you can get the armour drain effect with those weapons too. The arrows are not used up when you attack a target that already has the full debuff.
Players can also make these arrows with level 92 Fletching by attaching black stone arrow tips to elder headless arrows. The tips drop in the Shadow Reef, and the fletching ability must be bought with Dungeoneering tokens first.
