The Blade of Nymora shard is a members-only item in RuneScape 3. Players get these shards from the Twin Furies. When the boss drops a Blade of Nymora while CoinShare is active, the drop turns into 120 shards. The shards are split evenly among the players who killed the boss and go straight to their banks.

Shards are useful because you can combine 120 of them to make a full Blade of Nymora. This blade is one of Nymora's hands turned into a lethal weapon. If you do not want to build the blade, you can sell your shards to other players or on the Grand Exchange.
