The Blood Ice Barricade cosmetic ability scroll is a consumable item in RuneScape 3. Reading the scroll unlocks the Blood Ice Barricade animation override for the Barricade ability. Once unlocked, your character uses a new blood ice look each time you activate Barricade in combat.
