The blood nihil pouch is a Summoning pouch in RuneScape 3 that summons a blood nihil familiar. You need level 87 Summoning to use it, and summoning the familiar costs 100 Summoning points. The pouch is a members only item, and it is tradeable and noteable.
The blood nihil is a level 112 combat familiar that lasts for 96 minutes. It boosts your melee accuracy by 5% when you fight with melee. It attacks in aggressive mode and hits twice as fast as most other familiars, so its total damage output is strong. Its special move, Annihilate, stuns the target and deals damage. The stun does not work in PvP.
The pouch can also be turned into Nihil scrolls at a Summoning obelisk. Each pouch gives ten scrolls, or twelve if the Voice of Seren is active in the Amlodd district of Prifddinas.
Making this pouch yourself takes an elder charm, vampyre fangs, 150 elder energy, and completion of the Fate of the Gods quest. Buying the pouch skips those steps. This is a good pick for melee players who want more accuracy and fast extra damage at bosses and slayer tasks.
