The RS3 Blood talisman is a members item that opens the way to the Blood Altar. This altar sits deep beneath Meiyerditch. Players use the talisman to enter the altar and train the Runecrafting skill by making blood runes.

The blood talisman can also be used on a tiara at the Blood Altar. This makes a blood tiara and gives 52.5 Runecrafting experience. The blood tiara works just like the talisman, so players can enter the altar with either one.

Players can also use the blood talisman on the wicked hood. This lets the hood grant entry to the Blood Altar. Using the talisman this way will consume it, so it is gone after that.
