You can buy Blue boots from Rometti at his store in the Grand Tree, in the Tree Gnome Stronghold. His shop is on the first floor, in the north-east corner, and stocks 30 pairs at a time.

Blue boots are tradeable, equipable, and noteable. They weigh 0.34 kg. They can also be disassembled for Invention. Taking them apart gives 0.3 disassembly XP and counts as Clothing. Possible materials include Cover parts, Simple parts, Padded parts, and Variable components, with a base junk chance of 98.9%.

Blue boots were added to the game on 12 December 2002. They are a simple, low-cost item for outfits, clue scrolls, or collections.
