Description
Blue dragonhide chaps (g) are a gold-trimmed version of blue dragonhide chaps in RuneScape 3. They are part of the blue dragonhide gold-trimmed set, along with the blue dragonhide body (g). The chaps have the same stats as normal blue dragonhide chaps, but the gold trim gives them a rare look.
These chaps are tier 50 tank armour for the Ranged class. They go in the leg slot and need 50 Defence to wear. They give 187 armour, a 750 life points bonus, 1% damage reduction against monsters, and 2.625% damage reduction in PvP.
The gold trim makes this item special. You cannot make these chaps with the Crafting skill, and there is no way to add trim to normal chaps. They only come as a reward from hard Treasure Trails, so they are harder to find than the plain version.
The chaps are a members item. They are tradeable, noteable, and can be disassembled. Disassembly always gives one Fortunate component. Players who want strong ranged leg armour with a standout style will get both from these chaps.
