The Boots of Tumeken's resplendence are tier 95 magic power boots in RuneScape 3. They need level 95 Magic and level 95 Defence to wear. The boots drop from Amascut, the Devourer, and they shine with the light of Tumeken, God of the Sun.
These boots give 122.9 armour, 14.8 magic damage, and a prayer bonus of 2. They do not degrade. If you augment them, they only use divine charges.
The boots are one of five pieces in the Tumeken's resplendence set. The set bonus starts after you wear the pieces for 5.4 seconds. With three or more pieces, your critical strike chance goes up by 1.5% per piece while inside Sunshine. With four pieces, Asphyxiate hits for 40% less damage per hit, but it strikes eight times, once every 0.6 seconds. With all five pieces, channelling Asphyxiate for its full time extends the Channelled Might buff to 9 seconds and raises your critical strike damage by 35%.
These boots are a strong pick for high level mages who want more critical hits and easy upkeep, since the set never needs repairs.
