Buy RS3 Cape of Devastation token
Description
The Cape of Devastation token is an unlock item in RuneScape 3. When you use it from your backpack, it unlocks the Cape of Devastation cosmetic override in the Customisation interface. You do not need any skill levels or experience to claim it.
The Cape of Devastation is a back slot override. It changes how your character looks without changing your gear stats. It is not members-only, so free players can use it too. It is not recolourable, and it does not show in PvP-enabled areas.
The token itself is easy to handle. It is tradeable and stackable, and you keep it on death. It cannot be worn, alchemised, or disassembled. It weighs nothing and has a value of 1 coin.
The token came out on 24 November 2025. It could drop from Santa's Christmas Present during the 2025 Christmas event, which ran from 1 December 2025 to 4 January 2026. The cape override itself first came out on 13 March 2025 through the Academy of Mages promotion on Treasure Hunter. This token is a simple way to add the cape to your collection.
