Description
The Captain Deathbeard's Breeches token is a token unlock item in RuneScape 3. When you redeem it, you unlock the Captain Deathbeard Breeches. This is a cosmetic override for the leg slot. The token is destroyed when you use it, and it can only be redeemed once.
The breeches are part of the Captain Deathbeard outfit. They have a loose fit made for swinging from sails. The look does not show in PvP areas and cannot be recolored. Redeeming the token takes 1 tick and has no Members requirement.
The token is tradeable and stackable. It weighs nothing and is always kept on death. It cannot be worn, noted, or taken apart. It cannot be turned into coins with alchemy. If the token is destroyed, it is lost for good and may not come back.
The token came out on 5 April 2023 during the Frank's Free Chest event. It could also drop from Pirate plunder at a rate of about 2 in 294. After a patch on 9 May 2023, Ironmen can buy the token on the Grand Exchange. This makes it a simple way to add a pirate look to your character.
