Description
The Cerberus pet token is an item in RuneScape 3 that unlocks the Cerberus companion pet. When you redeem the token, it is used up after a confirmation prompt. Once the pet is unlocked, the token cannot be redeemed again.
Cerberus is a companion pet with an override option. It has no skill or quest requirements. It needs no food and has no growth time, so it is ready to use right away. The pet is only available as an adult. You can interact with it to make it perform an emote. The pet itself is not tradeable and is not members-only, so any player can enjoy it.
The token is tradeable and stackable. It is always kept on death and weighs nothing. It cannot be equipped, noted, alchemised, or disassembled. The token was added to the game on 20 July 2020 as a reward from the Cerberus Rush Treasure Hunter promotion.
