Buy RS3 Chef's hat

Description

The RS3 Chef's hat is a white hat worn in the head slot. Its main use is getting into the Cooks' Guild. To enter the guild, a player needs level 32 Cooking and must wear this hat. Members can also wear a sous chef's toque, a cooking cape, or a max cape instead. Finishing the hard Varrock achievements removes the hat rule and opens the bank and range inside the guild.

The hat has no combat requirements. It gives no armour, damage, or other combat bonuses. All its stats are neutral, so it is a clothing item, not gear for fights.

In the game, the hat drops from imps, goblins, pirates, goblin guards, imp heralds, and cave goblins. It is also sold at Beefy Bill's Supplies north of Lumbridge and the Fancy Clothes Store in south-east Varrock. Members can get endless hats from teak shelves 2 in a player-owned house.

The hat can be disassembled under the Clothing category. It can give Cover parts, Simple parts, Padded parts, or Variable components. The chef's hat has been in the game since 4 January 2001, and troll cooks like Burntmeat wear one too.
