The chocolate bar is a food item in RuneScape 3. When eaten, it heals 200 life points. It is a free-to-play item, so any player can use it. It is tradeable, noteable, and weighs 0.15 kg.
Most players want chocolate bars for Cooking. You can add one to a plain cake to make a chocolate cake. It is also used in choc chip crunchies, chocolate bombs, and the chocolate saturday cocktail.
A chocolate bar can be turned into chocolate dust with a pestle and mortar or a knife. Chocolate dust is a key ingredient for energy potions in Herblore. Players with level 85 Magic can use the Telekinetic Grind spell to turn 28 bars into 28 dust at once, using astral and law runes.
Chocolate bars can also be disassembled for Invention. They mostly give Organic parts, with a chance at Crafted parts, Enhancing components, Healthy components, and Living components.
