Description

Diamond bolts are crossbow ammo in RuneScape 3. They are adamant bolts tipped with diamond bolt tips. They go in your ammunition slot and use the Bolts attack style. You need level 60 Ranged to use them. They are tier 60 bolts with ability damage of 576 to 864.

These bolts get much better when enchanted. A player with level 57 Magic can cast Enchant Crossbow Bolt (Diamond) to enchant 10 bolts per cast. Enchanted diamond bolts have a 5% chance to trigger the Armour piercing effect. When it activates, the bolt has 100% accuracy and deals up to 15% more damage. The chance rises to 7% after finishing the Elite Seers' Tasks. Enchanted diamond bolts are tier 70 and need level 70 Ranged.

The armour piercing effect works with auto attacks and abilities. Multi-hit abilities like Rapid Fire can trigger it on each hit. Ricochet can trigger it on secondary targets too.

Players can also make these bolts with level 65 Fletching by attaching diamond bolt tips to adamant bolts. Buying them saves time and skill training, so you can stock up and get back to combat fast.
