The 'Diamond' title scroll is a rare item in RuneScape 3. When you read the scroll, it unlocks the Diamond title for your character. The scroll is destroyed when you read it, and there is no warning prompt, so read it only when you are ready.
The Diamond title shows up in front of your name. Other players will see you as "Diamond [Name]". The title changes with the server language, so it appears as "Diamant- [Name]" in German, "[Name] Diamant" in French, and "[Name] de Diamante" in Portuguese.
This title works for both members and free-to-play players. The scroll comes from the Vault of Riches Treasure Hunter promotion, which has only run a few times since March 2022. That makes the scroll hard to find.
The scroll is tradeable and noteable, and it is always kept on death. It cannot be alchemised or disassembled. Ironman Mode players can buy it on the Grand Exchange. If you want a clean and rare title that stands out in game, the 'Diamond' title scroll is a strong pick.
