The Dormant Anima Core Body is a chest armour piece in RuneScape 3. It drops from the four generals in the Heart of Gielinor. These bosses are Helwyr, Gregorovic, the Twin Furies, and Vindicta and Gorvek. It is a rare drop, so many players buy it instead of hunting for it.
On its own, the body cannot be worn. It is dormant, which means it holds power that is not active yet. To wake it up, combine it with a crest. A Crest of Seren makes the Anima Core Body of Seren. A Crest of Zamorak makes the Zamorak version. A Crest of Sliske makes the Sliske version. A Crest of Zaros makes the Zaros version.
The item is tradeable and noteable. It can also be disassembled as hybrid armour. It gives two materials, with a small 1 percent junk chance. Possible parts include Cover parts, Deflecting parts, Evasive components, Powerful components, and Protective components.
This body is one of three pieces in the dormant set, along with the helm and legs. Grab it if you want to build strong anima core armour without long boss grinds.
