The Eclectic impling jar is a members-only item in RuneScape 3. Players get it by catching an eclectic impling in the Impetuous Impulses minigame with an empty impling jar in the backpack. Catching one needs level 50 Hunter.

Opening the jar gives a random reward. The average loot is worth about 5,322 coins. Possible drops include air runes, snape grass, curry leaves, oak planks, unicorn horns, and gold stone spirits. Rarer drops include a diamond, a battlestaff, blue dragonhide chaps, watermelon seeds, and a wild pie. There is also a 9 in 10 chance to get an impling jar back along with the loot.

The jar has other uses too. One jar can be traded to Elnock Inquisitor for 3 empty impling jars. Two of these jars, three essence impling jars, and one nature impling jar can be traded for a jar generator.

The jar is tradeable and noteable. It cannot be equipped, stacked, or disassembled. It weighs 2.267 kg. This item is a good pick for players who want quick loot, extra jars, or parts for a jar generator without hunting the implings themselves.
